Joanne has over 20+ years of office administration and customer service experience in a variety of industries including banking, manufacturing and, most recently, legal. She received her Administrative Assistant Associate Degree from Moraine Park Technical College (Fond du Lac, WI) and attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in pursuit of her Bachelor's Degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies.
