Robert Herman is a Day Hagan Investment Committee Consultant for Day Hagan Asset Management in Sarasota, FL.



Prior to the formation of Day Hagan Logix, Rob was the Chief Investment Officer for Logix, then a division of Gries Financial. Day Hagan Logix has a GIPS-compliant track record dating back to the 2002 inception of the Logix strategy.

Rob began his investment career with the Goldman Sachs Group where he became a lead equity analyst in the Communications, Media and Entertainment Group within Global Investment Research. Rob covered and published on a diverse set of media names. Previously, Rob was an engagement leader for strategy consultancy Monitor Company (now Monitor Deloitte), advising both public and private companies across sectors. His professional background also includes working as Chief Strategy Officer and a Board member for Internet company (ultimately acquired by Orbitz). Early in his career Rob was a Congressional Communications Director and campaign Finance Director.

Rob has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A in Finance and Health Services Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He has founded and/or helped to develop multiple non-profit programs and sits on several boards and investment committees of philanthropic organizations.
