DONALD L. HAGAN, CFA
PARTNER & FOUNDER

Don began his career in 1988 with Ned Davis Research and became Chief Sector Analyst and editor of several publications. He was then named Director of Research and Portfolio Manager for SCI Capital Management in 1996. SCI was acquired by Wells Fargo in 2001 and Don became a member of the Wells Fargo PCS National Investment Management Committee. He has been a CFA charter holder since 1994.


ARTHUR S. DAY
PARTNER & FOUNDER

Art's career began in 1984 with Dean Witter Reynolds. In 1987, he joined E.F. Hutton/Shearson Lehman Brothers and in 1993 joined PaineWebber/UBS as First Vice President of Investments. In 1999, Art began his association with Engagement Systems as an investor and owner. Art contributed to the company's development of their "Skill Weighted Portfolio Methodology," which emphasized index funds and ETFs due to their inherent market efficiencies.


LINDA S. BROWN
PARTNER & FOUNDER
Director of Operations, Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

Linda's career began in 1982 with Merrill Lynch in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, earning her securities license in 1985. In 1986 Linda transferred to E.F. Hutton, moving to the Sarasota, Florida office in 1987 where she began working with Art Day. In 1993 she and Art were recruited by PaineWebber/UBS, where they worked until 2006. That year, Art Day, Don Hagan, and Linda founded Day Hagan Asset Management. Linda graduated cum laude with a B.A. degree in Psychology and Sociology from Wilkes College in Wilkes-Barre, PA.


ROBERT HERMAN
Day Hagan Investment Committee Consultant

Former President of Logix Investment Management (now a division of Gries Financial) and a lead equity analyst for Goldman Sachs Global Investment Research. Rob also worked as an engagement leader for strategy consultancy Monitor Company and earlier in his career as a Congressional Communications Director. He sits on the Executive and Investment Committees of Gries Financial.


P. ARTHUR HUPRICH, CMT
Day Hagan Chief Market Technician

Art began his career in 1983 as a technical analyst/option strategist with Wheat First Securities. In 1997, he became Chief Technical Analyst for Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc. In 2006, he became Chief Market Technician for Raymond James & Associates, having started with the company in 2001. He has been a frequent guest lecturer at Loyola College, Shiller International University (Florida campus) and is widely quoted in the media. Art has been an analyst in the financial services industry for nearly 30 years and is one of approximately 1,344 Charted Market Technicians (CMT) worldwide.


JEFFREY PALMER
Day Hagan Investment Committee Consultant

Jeff Palmer is Co-Portfolio Manager of Logix and sits on the Executive Committee of Gries Financial. Jeff was a successful entrepreneur before joining Gries Financial in 1989, and served as an equity analyst and portfolio manager at the firm for several years. In addition, he is Gries Financial's Chief Compliance Officer. Jeff leverages his technology expertise to ensure that the research and data tools used in conjunction with the Logix model are optimal.
